The MUN Factory began in May 2025 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with the vision of building more than just a conference — a platform that could shape students into thinkers, speakers, organizers and leaders.

The first chapter was planned at Silver Oak University. But because of the wrong people who came on board, that chapter failed badly.

What could have ended the journey became the reason it truly started.

Just 5 to 7 days after winding up Ahmedabad, the team returned to Indore — their hometown. Indore felt safer, more familiar, and like the right place to begin again.

With a team of only 2–3 people, The MUN Factory started rebuilding itself. This was not expansion. This was reconstruction.

In 2025, The MUN Factory organized its flagship event in Indore — a 3-day event at Chameli Devi Group of Institutions, in partnership with Agrawal Group of Indore.

What began with just a few people turned into a gathering of 500+ participants — Executive Board, Secretariat, Delegates, Organizing Committee, Interns and Invited Guests.

TMF 2025 became proof that even after collapse, something powerful could still be built.

The chapter ended with its own share of issues. There were problems, mistakes, and things that could have been done better.

But even then, TMF did not end quietly. It ended with a roar.

Because what mattered was not perfection, but the courage to build, learn and improve honestly.

This year, The MUN Factory returns stronger. More corrected. More aware. More open to criticism. More open to growth.

We are not returning to repeat the last chapter. We are returning to improve it — to fix what was weak, to strengthen what was powerful, to build what should have always been built.

And this time, we return bigger, bolder and louder.
