Terms & Conditions

• Registrations are open to school and college students unless a specific programme states otherwise.
• Participants under 18 must register with the consent of a parent or guardian and must provide a working guardian contact number.
• All details you submit must be true and complete. Incorrect information may lead to your registration being cancelled without refund.
• A registration is confirmed only after our team verifies payment and you receive a confirmation email with your delegate ID.

• Delegate fees are shown on the registration page and are phase-based: the applicable fee is the one displayed at the time you register.
• Payments are made through the UPI details shown at checkout. You must enter the correct UPI transaction ID; we use it to verify your payment.
• We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials at any point, and no one from TMF will ever ask you for them.
• Payment verification usually takes up to two working days. If we cannot trace a payment we will contact you before cancelling.

• Registration fees are non-refundable once a seat is confirmed, since seats, kits and logistics are booked in advance.
• A confirmed seat may be transferred to another eligible participant, subject to written approval from TMF before the allotment deadline.
• If TMF cancels or indefinitely postpones an event for reasons within our control, we will offer a credit for the next edition or a refund.
• TMF may cancel a registration for false information, misconduct, or failure to complete payment or required formalities.

Preferences are honoured wherever possible, but committee and portfolio allotment is at the sole discretion of the Secretariat and is final. Allotments may be adjusted for balance, withdrawals or committee viability. TMF may merge, modify or withdraw a committee if numbers require it, and will inform affected delegates.

• Delegates must behave respectfully towards other participants, the Secretariat, volunteers, venue staff and the venue itself.
• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, plagiarism, intoxication, vandalism and any illegal activity result in immediate removal without refund, and may be reported to the participant’s school and to the authorities.
• Formal dress code, session timings, and venue and safety instructions must be followed.
• Delegate IDs, passes and QR codes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing them may result in entry being denied.

Unless a programme explicitly includes them, travel, accommodation and meals outside the venue schedule are the participant’s responsibility. Participants remain under the care of their parents, guardians or accompanying school staff outside official session hours. TMF is not responsible for a participant who leaves the venue without permission.

TMF photographs and films its events. By attending, you permit TMF to use such photographs and video for reports, recap reels, social media and future promotion. If you or your guardian would prefer that your image is not used, write to us before the event and we will do our best to honour the request.

Participants attend at their own risk. TMF is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, for illness or injury not caused by our negligence, or for disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, transport strikes, venue withdrawal or government restrictions. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to venue property.

You are responsible for keeping your delegate ID and password confidential. Do not attempt to access another delegate’s account, the admin panel, or any part of the system you are not authorised to use, and do not scrape, overload or interfere with the site. Content, branding and study material published by TMF remain our property and may not be resold or reproduced commercially without permission.

TMF may update the schedule, format, venue or these terms; material changes will be communicated to registered delegates. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction. For anything relating to these terms, write to themunfactory@gmail.com.
