How MUN Registration Works
Registration is straightforward but time-sensitive: committee allotments run first-come, and the strongest portfolios in popular committees go early. Understanding the sequence saves delegates from ending up in a committee they did not want.
The registration tracks
Most Indian conferences run two or three tracks: individual delegate, school or college delegation, and occasionally special event tracks.
The MUN Factory runs three — individual, delegation with tiered discounts from five delegates, and a founder track for Shark Tank TMF.
- Individual — one delegate, own committee and portfolio preference.
- Delegation — five or more delegates from one institution, discounted.
- Event track — for non-standard formats such as Shark Tank.
The steps
You submit personal and institutional details, rank committee preferences, give portfolio preferences, pay the fee, and upload payment proof.
A receipt email confirms submission. After payment verification a second email issues confirmation and, at TMF, portal credentials for tracking your allotment.
Allotments
Allotments balance preference, experience and committee capacity. Early registrants get more of their first choices, simply because fewer slots are taken.
Once allotted, delegates receive their committee, portfolio and the corresponding delegate guide.

You submit ranked preferences. Final allotment depends on availability, experience and how early you registered.
