Double Delegation in MUN
In a double delegation, two delegates share one country. Done well, it doubles your presence in committee. Done badly, it halves it — because two uncoordinated delegates contradict each other in front of the chair.
Splitting the roles
The standard split is floor and paper: one delegate handles speeches and motions, the other handles drafting, notes and bloc negotiation.
Swap roles between sessions so both of you are visible to the dais in both modes.
Coordination
Agree your red lines before Day 1. If one of you concedes a point the other is arguing against, the chair notices immediately.
Keep a shared document open with your current position, active clauses and bloc commitments.

Awards in double delegations
Most conferences award the delegation, not the individual, so a partner who under-contributes costs you both.
