Law. Justice. Republic.

The Agenda

Adjudicating upon the NEET-UG Paper Leak (2024, 2026).

About the Committee

A Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India sits to hear consolidated petitions arising out of the NEET-UG paper leaks of 2024 and 2026 — a question that touches the integrity of India’s largest public examination and the constitutional promise of equality of opportunity.

Unlike a MUN committee, there is no lobbying and no bloc politics. Counsel argue the law, the Bench asks questions, and memorials are marked. Speakers and Researchers are weighted equally.
